Anyone can invest on Clariton Trust, but accredited investors enjoy access to exclusive deals, higher investment limits, and priority in high-demand opportunities.
You’re considered accredited if you meet any of the following:
- Earned over $200,000/year (or $300,000 with a spouse) in each of the last two years
- Have a net worth over $1 million (excluding your primary residence)
- Hold a valid Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 financial license
We make verification fast and simple — just upload basic documentation or a letter from your accountant, broker, or legal advisor.

You can upload documents such as:
- Tax returns for the past 2 years
- Bank or brokerage statements showing assets
- A letter from a CPA, attorney, or licensed advisor confirming your status
- Your FINRA CRD number if you hold Series 7/65/82

You invest in a Series LLC managed by Clariton Trust, which owns equity in the startup. This protects you legally and makes managing multiple investments easier through one platform.

Startup investments are typically long-term. You should expect a holding period of 3–7 years or until a liquidity event (such as an IPO or acquisition) occurs. Early exits may be possible through our secondary marketplace when available.

Startup investing carries risk. If a company does not succeed, it may result in a partial or total loss of your invested capital. We recommend diversifying across several deals and only investing what you can afford to lose.

Clariton Trust does not charge recurring management fees. However, a carried interest may apply (typically 20%) — meaning we only profit when your investments do. Any applicable fees are fully disclosed before you invest.

Once you invest, you’ll gain access to a personal dashboard where you can monitor portfolio performance, view quarterly updates, download reports, and receive alerts when milestones or exits occur.

Yes, within 48 hours of making your investment. After that, funds are processed, and refunds are not guaranteed. Please ensure you're committed before submitting payment.

How It Works

Share your unique referral link or send us a founder’s details directly via the referral form.
2. We Connect
Our team contacts the founder, explains the fundraising process, and evaluates their company for listing.
3. They Launch
Once approved, the startup raises capital from our investor community through a dedicated listing page.
4. You Get Paid
As soon as their campaign closes and meets funding minimums, you receive your reward — up to $3,000.
Referral Rewards & Eligibility
- You’ll earn 10% of the listing fee Clariton Trust collects from the founder (up to $3,000 max per referral).
- The founder must not already be in our database or under evaluation.
- Payment is made within 30 days of the founder successfully closing their raise.
- Founders can raise in fintech, AI, energy, e-commerce, healthtech, and other innovation sectors.
- Multiple referrals allowed — refer as many as you like and earn on each one!
