  The Venture Club (formerly known as StartEngine Owner’s Bonus) is an exclusive membership that allows investors to:

  For $275/year, you receive:

• Who participates in Venture Club?

  Companies choose whether to opt into the Venture Club program. You’ll know a company participates if the Venture Club icon appears in the reward/perk section of the campaign page.

• How long does the membership last?

  Membership is valid for one year from purchase and auto-renews annually. If you cancel auto-renewal, your current membership will remain active until it expires naturally at the end of the period.

• How do I get a Venture Club membership?

  You can add a membership during investment checkout or purchase it as a standalone product from the Venture Club page. Cost is $275/year and renews automatically unless canceled.

• How do I renew my membership?

  Your card will be automatically charged every year. You’ll be notified before the renewal and can cancel in advance. If your membership came from a Regulation A+ bonus, you can upgrade via this system after the bonus period ends.

• Does Venture Club come with Clariton Trust shares?

  No. Venture Club is a subscription product and does not come with equity in Clariton Trust. It used to be tied to our fundraising campaigns but is now sold separately for its benefits.

• How do I cancel my Venture Club membership?

  Submit a cancellation request via our support email. Refund eligibility will be reviewed case-by-case and depends on membership duration and bonus share usage. If you disable auto-renew, your subscription will remain active until its end date.

• What happened to StartEngine Owner’s Bonus?

  It was renamed Venture Club on May 15, 2024. Alongside the rebrand, we introduced new features like early access to private offerings, premium support, and collectibles access. Venture Club remains a premium, paid-tier product.
